Was thinking yesterday,is it just me or were cartoons better and more entertaining when I was a mere boy? For me when I was growing up,my undisputed favourite was Hong Kong Phooey (opening titles video above) which in my opinion is the greatest cartoon ever made. But there are many many more I used to enjoy also such as Help! It’s The Hair Bear Bunch, Battle Of The Planets, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop (try saying that after a few pints!), Wacky Races, Inch Eye Private Eye, Top Cat and many, many more. Yes, the 1970’s truly were a golden decade for tv cartoons!
